Healing Peacefully, a How-to

B'SD

9 Iyar, 5778

I've experienced an intense week since I wrote to you last. Soothing music helped me and my acquaintances to cope with the stress.

You might find it helpful, too.

By the way, I'm relieved to let you know that some of the people I've been helping are doing better, now.

The best thing for the promotion of healing is to be at peace. Music helps that to happen.

PS - I happen to be involved in a fun project, too: Using intuition to promote healing. More to come about that.

Learn how to use humor to promote healing. Find out how to get your grin back, how to cut your medical costs and how to prevent unnecessary problems along your healing journey.

Medical Intuition

B'SD

14 Tevet 5770

Few people know that as a natural-born Medical Intuitive (my heroine is
Dr. Judith Orloff), I'm certified at a high level of post-training intuitive ability. That ability proved to be very helpful as I struggled to recover from medical informatics ineptitude in 2005 and beyond. It also helps some people with whom I interact.

I've networked with some innovative teachers of the intuitive tradition (much of it is based on demonstrable physical realities plus the willingness to detect a subtle awareness that's challenging to describe). I want to share some information about intuitive smarts and how well they can benefit people. See:

Use the above as best you can. Whenever you interact with someone claiming to be an intuitive, be alert to their respect for your dignity. There's a serious warning in my books about having relationships ONLY with clergy and therapists who demonstrate complete respect for your wellbeing. If you suspect that something is amiss, it just might be. You might be wise to end the relationship.

BTW, I do not dismiss male intuitive ability. My primary intuitive inspirations have been men, one of whom wrote a highly regarded book about his work.

If you prefer less out-there kind of medical assistance, you have my blessings to benefit from that. We resonate best with what works for us, not what we're necessarily "supposed" to be doing. EMPOWER Yourself to Cope with a Medical Challenge.

Want Emotional Freedom?

B'SD

10 Shvat 5769

Psychiatrist Dr. Judith Orloff is a superb writer whose focus on emotional health based upon increasingly accurate intuition has greatly helped many readers of her books, let alone her clients. She actually teaches the world at large how to trust and how to improve a personal sense of intuition, one reader and one client at a time.

I've just completed my favorable book review of her newest tome, Emotional Freedom, for the book review side of my writing career.

Emotional Freedom will be released to the public in March 2009.

If you'd like to explore some basic ideas that Dr. Orloff teaches, CLICK HERE to check out her "How Emotionally Free am I?" quiz.

My own book,

It's My Crisis! And I'll Cry if I Need To:
A Life Book that Helps You to
Dry Your Tears
and to Cope with a Medical Challenge

coaches readers to balance their emotions with a sense of
humor, fairness and compassion
while teaching you how to tame the
emotional, physical and paperwork monsters
that medical crises can become.

Intuitive Healing

B'SD

26 Tamuz 5768

One of my favorite authors is psychiatrist Judith Orloff. She advocates attentiveness to the subtle clues for enhancing our well-being that our bodies and minds give off. I use such wisdom in my own healing efforts and heartily recommend it to you.

I'm presently reviewing one of Dr. Orloff's books, Intuitive Healing. The wisdom in it is soothing. My editors will receive a favorable book review.

I suggest that you visit
http://www.drjudithorloff.com/. Watch some of Dr. Orloff's YouTube videos, too. This one just might help you to interpret your dreams so they can help you with your coping and healing efforts: http://www.drjudithorloff.com/ap_rememberingdreams.asp
