I continue to help ill people worldwide with coaching strategies that help them to identify their goals, then to form plans for achieving them.

One of the problems that many ill or otherwise unhappy people need to overcome is the limiting belief that "Nothing I do matters."

I heartily disagree. The world is full of miracles. Some of them make  headlines. We can foster medical and other miracles with upbeat mindsets.

Unconvinced? Spend time pondering this quote:

“Man is not fully conditioned and determined but rather determines himself whether he gives in to conditions or stands up to them. In other words, man is ultimately self-determining. Man does not simply exist but always decides what his existence will be, what he will become in the next moment.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning

No, you can't control the universe, that's GOD's job. What you can control is your mindset, your worldview, your desire to become ever-better inside and out.

Before my older son was drafted he went to a special preparatory program, which had a trainer. The motto was:
"It's all in your head."
That means that we have control also of how we react to things.
And my second son's hobby is being a football coach. Many of their wins have been in the 4th quarter including the championship in overtime. Never give in and never give up.
