If you haven't heard the news by now, 1.4 BILLION of you need to move your muscles more often:


Even if you are in a wheelchair, using a cane or walker, there are health-enhancing movements that you can do. Ask a physical or occupational therapist to you some, and keep doing those that appeal to you. Once in a while, and more often than that, you can do exercises that you don't especially like, just because they're good for you.
